I offer EOL services including, advanced directive planning, reinforcing client's communication with family members and circle of care, empower clients to make informed decisions and support anticipatory challenges that may arise, assist in vigil planning, offer a safe space for families to talk about death and dying process, legacy projects, implement modalities of yoga using breathing techniques, guided imagery, aromatherapy, Reiki, energy work and clearing, assist with phone calls to family and friends after death, provide additional services for Yoga and Grief for families after loved one's passing through asana, meditation, breathwork, Yoga Nidra and Reiki, and to support families in any facet that allows them to have quality time with their loved one while lessening the burden of details in end of life.
