As an End-of-Life Doula, Care Consultant, and Holistic Health provider, I create a calm, grounded presence where people feel seen, heard, and supported. My work blends practical guidance with emotional, spiritual, and body-based awareness, helping ease fear, reduce stress, and bring greater dignity to the dying process. I assist with advance planning, legacy work, and meaningful rituals, while also supporting caregivers through the challenges of anticipatory grief and transition. Drawing from my background in movement, breath, and mindful awareness, I help clients connect more deeply to themselves and each other, fostering a sense of peace, acceptance, and continuity during this profound stage of life.
