You might benefit from my services if you have received a diagnosis of a terminal disease or an incapacitating disease. Or perhaps you are now taking care of someone facing such a diagnosis. Together we will prepare an advanced care plan detailing your wishes at this time in life, while you are still able to do so. I facilitate difficult conversations and provide education and information to help you make informed decisions. I listen and help you make sense of what you are experiencing. I offer support and a calm presence at the bedside when death is imminent.
